It is my opinion that a great way to begin answering this question is to make an analogy to a perfectly-timed car engine that runs across all cylinders and fully optimizing its capacity to generate maximum power. Similar to the small-business growth business that is focused on its core business strengths is designed to maximise competitive advantages and has a business growth framework that is strategic operating smoothly across all cylinders, if it is achieving the goal of Business Growth Optimization. This is a process that requires strategizing, strategy deployment and operationalization, as well as vision.

Matthias Siems first step is to have conviction and determination to get things done. It is usually the most difficult point to begin for small business enterprise that is fully engaged in the day-today business of their company. your business’s daily activities consume the majority of your time. However, this is the time the time to stop working within your company, and then decide whether to move on, and focus on your business. The second step is crucial as you need to be able to assess the current situation of your business. Imagine the situation as a reflection of what it is that you do now. This is followed by determining in step three what you would like to accomplish. The fourth step is creating the strategic plan to bridge gaps between the things you’re currently doing and the goals you would like to accomplish. If you don’t have a plan for your business it is time to create one, which is then followed by the creation of a strategic growth strategy. The next steps concern the implementation of your plan as well as the execution.

The eighth step is about the end and the end goal. This is the stage where the small-sized enterprise moves beyond mediocrity to become growing and bound. My experience indicates the notion that Business Growth Optimization is at the point that an organization is at its highest capacity to maximize its core competencies to grow market share and meet goals for growth due to continuous wins that keep them on their ever-increasing returns growth curve instead of hitting a threshold of decreasing results and then stagnation and even collapse. When I talk about Business Growth Optimization isn’t talking about search optimization for engines mathematical optimization, or any other biological process, although it is related to the process of adaptation, innovation and, to a certain extent that it is a process of assimilation common to the areas of natural science.
