What are the best animes of 2022 so far?

by John

The quality of anime this year just keeps improving. Numerous well-known series returning this year, including Bleach, Mob Psycho 100, Vinland Saga, The Devil is a Part-Timer, and more.

All indications point to Uzumaki and Chainsaw Man making their eagerly awaited debuts. There are a ton of options but not nearly enough hours in the day to see them all. So, we’ll be refining the list of the top anime series running in 2022 as the seasons develop. So what are the best animes of 2022, so far?

Demon Slayer:

Kimetsu No Yaiba Entertainment District Arc: Demon Slayer is back with higher stakes following the incredibly destructive Mugen Train Arc. The youthful hero Tanjiro and his pals Inosuke and Zenitsu accompany flamboyant Uzui, the Sound Hishara when he travels incognito with in Entertainment District to seek out a monster hidden in the midst.

This is depicted inside the Entertainment District Arc. Unlike a regular Monster Slayer episode, this arc begins with Tanjiro and his comrades disguising themselves as courtesans in order to locate the whereabouts of the formidable demon.

The majority of the arc is taken up with the catastrophic final battle between both the Demon Slayers and not only one, but two formidable demons.

Everything is exquisitely animated, full of unexpected turns, and, most tragically, a brother-sister comparison between Tanjiro. And Nezuko as well as the two demons. — Petra Radulovic.

Spy x Family:

Spy x Family was one of the most anticipated anime series of the Spring 2022 period, therefore anticipation was strong.

The action/comedy contains spies, assassins, and a cute kid who also appears to be a telepath, which is everything an adventurous anime watcher could want.

The Wit Studio animation offers Spy x Family a premium sheen it merits, and it’s a fantastic interpretation of the original material.

Anya takes the spotlight with her perspectives and captivating charm despite the fast-paced action.

Attack On Titan Final Season Part 2:

The anime on this year’s best-of list that has generated the most controversy is probably Attack on Titan’s last season. A lot has been discussed and written about Attack on Titan manga’s concluding chapters, which can be read using mangaowl. Its creator Hajime Isayama’s implied support for imperialism to the unsettling allegories the series draws from actual historical tragedies. Given these criticisms, it becomes sensible to wonder how it is that Attack on Titan is included in this list.

The solution is straightforward: Through 22 episodes, studio MAPPA with directors Yuichiro Hayashihave and Jun Shishido created the best-animated representation of a complicated and contentious conclusion.

Ranking of Kings:

In the fantasy television show Ranking of Kings, kings are judged on both their deeds. And more crucially, their physical prowess. Enter Bojji, a little kid with a big heart who will soon succeed his ailing father as king. Bojji struggles to speak and isn’t physically strong, thus he mainly uses sign language to communicate. Where his qualities may fall short in contrast to more established leaders, he compensates for it with his heart.

All these above-mentioned anime can be viewed on Funimation. And Crunchyroll with a subscription or for free on websites like animixplay.

Many popular series are set to release in the fall of 2022 and they include:

  • Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War – October.
  • My Hero Academia Season 6 – October 1st, 2022.
  • Mob Psycho 100 – October 5th, 2022.
  • Blue Lock – October 8th, 2022.
  • Chainsaw Man – October 2022.

With the above list, it is clear that October will be a great month for all the otaku.
