Step5: After disabling iCloud, connect your iPhone to your Windows PC with the help of the lighting cable.

Step6: Open the iTunes app if it does not open automatically

Step7: Tap on the ‘Device’ tab and select the ‘Photos’ option

Step8: Check the ‘Sync Photos’, then check the box in front of the ‘Copy photos from’ option

Step9: Tap on the ‘Choose folder…’ and then select a folder that contains the images you want to transfer.

Step10: Lastly, tap on the ‘Apply’ button to start syncing the photos from your iOs device to your Windows computer.

Method2: Download Photos From Windows To iPhone Through Google Photos

Other cloud storage services, besides iCloud, also let you automatically sync pictures from your desktop to your iOS device. OneDrive, Google Photos, and Dropbox are some of these apps. You can back up your iPhone photos with these apps and then get them on your Windows device. Follow the instructions given below to do so.

Step1: Download the Google Photos app from the Windows Store

Step2: Open the app and log in with your account. Make one if you don’t have any.

Step3: Create a new album to store the images that you want to transfer. For that: click on ‘Create’ > ‘Album’ > and then name the album

Step4: Now, click on ‘Add photos’ > ‘Select from computer’ to add new photos to that album

Step5: Then, download the Google Photos app on your iOS device. And Sign In to the same account that you have on your computer.

Step6: Wait for a few seconds and then you will be able to see that album, containing your Windows photos in it. Select the photos and tap on the Download button to start the process. 

Method3: Transfer Images Using A Third-party Application

If you have a lot of photos on your iPhone that you do not use every day but are important because they remind you of good times. Then you will need software to move your photos from your iPhone to your computer. You can store and even back up those pictures on your computer, which will give you a lot more room.
