ITIL Strategic Leader (SL)

ITIL SL certification relates to all digitally enabled services in the organization, not only IT operations. This certification examines the role of information technology in driving and informing corporate strategy.

ITIL Strategist Direct Plan & Improve: This is the same module as the MP certification. It includes the skills require to develop an IT organization that is “learning and improving.” Because it is meant for “managers at all levels. ITIL Digital and IT Strategy Expert:
