How can I obtain a license under EASA Part-66, either in Category B1 or B2?

An applicant needs the following things to be granted an EASA Part-66 AML (Aircraft Maintenance License):

• Fundamental information (66.A.25);
• Basic experience (66.A.30).

An applicant needs to meet all of the following requirements to have their aircraft type rating TR endorsed in the AML:

• Instruction in Typing, Both Theoretical and Practical (66.A.45)
• The initial TR will consist of On-the-Job Training (OJT) (66.A.45).
