149 Medical Group Malaysia has signed a collaboration agreement with award-winning carrier Japan Airlines (JAL) to provide and perform Covid-19 RT-PCR screenings and Covid-19 RTK screenings for JAL passengers travelling between Malaysia and Japan or any other international destination. JAL passengers are now able to book their Covid-19 tests with clinics in Malaysia through the Telehealth Hotline (012–500 7964 — available from Monday to Friday: 9AM -5PM and Saturday: 9AM-12PM) to enjoy a special discounted rate. The Call Centre will assist JAL passengers to book an appointment for an RT-PCR and RTK test at any of the 30 selected GP clinics located across Peninsula Malaysia. A doctor will verify both Covid-19 RT-PCR and RTK tests. Passengers who select the Covid-19 RT-PCR screening will receive a laboratory test report from an MOH-authorised laboratory as well as a Certificate of Testing for Covid-19 as required by Japan’s Ministry of Health. Passengers who select the Covid -19 RTK screening will receive a test report from the Malaysian National Public Health Laboratory (SIMKA) on the same day as the screening. “ is very happy to work with JAL to offer air travellers the support they require to travel safely.
