Different Types of Incense

At the moment, you can get two types of incense online and in the market. One of them is Direct Burning incense and whereas the other one is called Indirect Burning Incense. Here is what you need to know about them both.

The direct burning incense, as the name suggests, can be burned directly and releases a very light smoke the moment you put out the flame. The smoke then releases the scent you desire and wish to permeate your room. Direct burning incense is available in sticks, cones, and coils forms.

Indirect Burning Incense

As the name suggests, the indirect burning of incense needs a constant heat source to keep it burning. So, for that, you will need to have a charcoal burner or an incense burner to keep the incense burning for a long time. This incense will not have a glowing ember, but it will work.

Once the incense is burning, it will emit smoke and fill up your space with the scent you desired. Indirect burning incense is also a great way to mix two or more incense. You can find resin incense, powdered incense, and kneaded incense in this variety.
