  5. Simply open a new tab in your browser, paste the copied link, and click the download button. A fresh download link will appear as soon as you press it. Click Download the File, give your video’s.mp4 file a name, and then tap Save.

You may record a video and have it stored in the app. To download a copy of your Twitter video onto your iPhone, open it in the app and then hit Save to Camera Roll.
